Seeds are borrowed one day when going for a walk (could have been seeds from the church flowers) and the big stalks are sunflowers yet to bloom. I used Leah's wedding bouquet of fresh sunflowers, just tossed it into the garden to spread the seeds. Seems the more carefree the sowing the greater abundance of flowers (so don't try so hard to garden!)
