My accidentally planted sweet potatoes are looking good! I tried and tried to take a healthy sweet potato and get it to root in my kitchen window, but they all turned mushy and gross. Potato after potato got tossed into the compost pile, where they GREW! Good grief...haven't I told people forever if you want something to grow just fling it out the door, it'll grow where it lands. Time to take my own advice and fling my seeds! When I try too hard I'm not too successful:)
